Natalie is recognized statewide for her community and public affairs expertise, her deep relationships and her ability to deliver results for clients.
Prior to joining RSA Consulting Group in January 2011, Natalie held the position of Community Development with Pepin Distributing Company of Tampa. In this role she represented the Pepin family, the distributorship, The Pepin Academies and Pepin Heart Hospital and was responsible for overseeing community, legislative, and charitable activities. She began working with Pepin in 2007 and continues to serve as their community liaison in her position at RSA.
Before joining Pepin Distributing Company, Natalie worked in Public Policy for 3 years at the Tampa Bay Partnership, the Tampa Bay’s Regional Economic Development Organization serving 8 counties. In this role, she was engaged in a variety of policy and legislative issues including Transportation; Healthcare; K-12, Vocational and Higher Education; Water, Energy, Ports and Airports, Workforce Housing, Redevelopment, Growth Management, and Tort Reform.
Natalie enjoys an extensive involvement as a member of several regional and state-wide, community, charitable and business organizations including Associated Industries of Florida, Brandon Chamber of Commerce, Florida Chamber of Commerce- Political Institute, Florida Tax Watch, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Mayor’s Beautification (Silver Spoons & Sandcastles) Event Committee, and Network of Executive Woman. She also received the 2008 Florida Chamber Business Advocacy of the Year Award and was 2010 Tampa Bay Business Journal Business Woman of the Year Finalist.
