Video interview with Ron Pierce, RSA Consulting Group president. He began working in the Florida Legislature in 1998 as a legislative assistant to Sen. Tom Lee. From 2004 to 2006, he worked as Lee’s policy advisor. In Tallahassee, he worked with hundreds of legislators, lobbyists, community activists and civic organizations, guiding numerous pieces of legislation through both chambers. The Tampa Bay Lightning hired him as director of government relations and community affairs in 2006. He began his lobbying and consulting firm in 2009.
