People on the Move: Melody Arnold

Melody Arnold is an experienced lobbyist and advocate with expertise in health care policy. She has been at the forefront of regulatory reform in the health care space for numerous years, successfully initiating change that has expanded access to quality care and bridged new workforce pathways. Most recently, Melody secured major Medicaid rate increases and project funding for individual client projects.
With more than 10 years of experience in the political process, Melody has represented clients before the Florida Legislature and many state agencies. Prior to joining RSA, Melody spent seven years working for the Florida Health Care Association as the Associate Director of Government Affairs. She represented more than 500 long-term care facilities, facilitating FHCA’s advocacy, member relations, and political fundraising initiatives. Melody also served as a regional representative for then-Governor Rick Scott and has experience in various roles at the Republican Party of Florida.
