People on the Move: Natalie Brown

RSA Consulting announces the promotion of Natalie Brown to Director of Community and Government Affairs. Natalie has extensive experience in policy, appropriations, and communications, which informs her ability to anticipate and navigate challenges in the public policy process. Since joining Team RSA, her emphasis on collaboration and process improvement has positively influenced team dynamics. In her new role, she will continue to influence and innovate externally with clients and elected officials.

Previously, Natalie served as chief legislative staff for Senator Danny Burgess and Senator Tom Lee, both of Tampa Bay. Natalie managed a large portfolio of legislation addressing a wide variety of policy areas, and she oversaw more than 90 bills signed into law. Before becoming a Senate staffer, Natalie interned with Education Commissioner Manny Diaz Jr. while he served in the Florida House and worked in political and corporate communications in Florida and Washington, D.C.
