As Committee Week 3 of the 2020 Legislative Session draws to an end, Ron Pierce gives a legislative update and an overview of the appropriations and committee referral process. Three clients visited the Capitol this week for their annual Tallahassee Trek: Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Film Tampa Bay and TBARTA. Students from the University of South Florida’s Legislative Internship Program, an undergraduate class that Ron teaches, also traveled to Tallahassee for a two-day immersive government experience.
